Hi, I’m Nea! Here you can find a little bit of everything. Through my content, I share my stories and experiences of living in Finland, Russia, Scotland, and the Netherlands and how these have ultimately shaped my 20s.

I was born and raised in a small Finnish town in the Arctic Circle called Rovaniemi. This was my life until all my big city dreams came true as my family decided to hop on an opportunity and move to St Petersburg, Russia.

This marked the beginning of a life that was very different from anything I knew up to that point.

After a very life-changing 3 years, I returned to the safety of my hometown for a year before continuing my adventure abroad in Stirling, Scotland. In the summer of 2021, after 4 years of hard work, I finally graduated with a 1st class BA with Honours degree in Film & Media and Psychology. After that, I chose to continue my education by completing my Master’s degree in Media & Business at Erasmus University Rotterdam. That year really changed a lot in me, my priorities, and my overall mindset.

Now, I’ve returned to the comfort of Finland (at least for a while). I’m really taking the time to enjoy work, the familiarity of the culture, and having some friends and family around me.

This website is a platform for all my creative work that I hope will inspire and cheer you up.

I am here to show that although all of our lives are unique, there are so many things we all experience and have in common. At the end of the day, although we may struggle in our day-to-day lives, there are always the small things we can celebrate and be grateful for.

For the past couple of years, I have gained experience in content creation and social media strategy development. These are definitely my strengths but I am a quick learner and always open to developing new skills. Most recently, I’ve been working as a Content Marketing Specialist at giosg.
